The Renfrew Center

The Renfrew Center, Family-Owned and Operated since opening as the Nation's First Residential Eating Disorder Treatment Facility, has treated more than 100,000 cisgender adolescent girls and adult women, transgender, and non-binary individuals with eating disorders and provides a comprehensive range of in-person and virtual services across the country. Programs and services vary by location and includes Residential, Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient Programs.

For patients needing the most comprehensive, structured and intensive level of care, residential treatment is accessible at The Renfrew Centers of Coconut Creek, Florida and Philadelphia – Spring Lane. Day Treatment, which meets five days per week, is an ideal “step down” for patients transitioning from Residential care or a “step up” from Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, or Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP).

The IOP option, which meets three times per week, is an excellent "step down" for those transitioning from Day Treatment or a "step up" from individual or group therapy. In-person programming is offered in: California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.
