Through ongoing connection and intensive support (including group therapy, individual and family therapy and nutrition counseling), we help you navigate life’s stressors and build resilience. Since 2016, we’ve treated more than 9,000 patients virtually. Eating Recovery At Home participants have experienced greater than 50% improvement in their overall eating disorder behaviors.

Our programs include:

  • Three, 3-hour weekly group sessions including:
- Evidence-based skills focused groups (DBT, CBT, ACT, ERP, FBT, EFFT)
- Process-oriented group therapy
- Nutrition groups that include mealtime support and cooking classes 
  • Weekly individual or family therapy session
  • Weekly session with a registered dietitian
  • Recovery Record mobile app that tracks food intake, thoughts, emotions and behaviors
  • Remote patient monitoring with a numberless scale
  • Peer, alumni and caregiver support groups

For an eating disorders program to be effective, connection with other group members is critical. In Eating Recovery At Home, you’ll meet with the same group of six-to-eight peers weekly. This specially planned, cohesive type of group therapy is associated with better outcomes, higher levels of engagement and a stronger sense of connection.
